High on the cliff above Praia do Espelho, Bahia, Casa da Primavera is an excellent option for those looking for a spacious and comfortable refuge for up to 10 people on one of the most beautiful beaches in Brazil.
Located approximately 400m from the beach, our house is ideal for those who want to enjoy relaxing days amid paradisiacal landscapes and beaches with natural pools. Comfortable and spacious, it accommodates up to 10 people in 5 suites.
- Our house is close to several bars and restaurants in the region.
- If the reservation is made for 6 people, it is necessary to hire our trusted housekeeper for support during the stay. For more than 6 people, it is also mandatory to hire her assistant (prices separately). Our housekeeper prepares breakfast and lunch every day at the hotel.
- We offer a complete layette with 300 thread count sheets, pillows, bath towels, beach towels and blankets.
- The house has 2 additional mattresses for 2 children, as well as a portable crib (please inquire in advance if interested)
- The property has some stairs, but there are 3 ground floor bedrooms for those with reduced mobility.
- We accept small pets, upon request.
- All bathrooms have a shower, except the toilet.
Upon arriving at the location, our guests will have access to a large garden with a deck, swimming pool with sea views, hammocks and a balcony with a table for dining and games.
Upon entering the house, we have a living room integrated with the open kitchen, with a table for indoor dining and a room with a large and comfortable "L" shaped sofa with a 43-inch Smart TV.
The kitchen is equipped with all the utensils necessary for your stay, such as refrigerator, stove, microwave, blender, sandwich maker, among others. There is a beer fridge and a custom-made sink for preparing drinks – both strategically positioned for easy access for both those on the balcony and in the living room.
Moving on, on the ground floor, we have a suite with a double bed, balcony and views of the garden, as well as another suite with a double bed and views of a courtyard with a square feel, under a beautiful mango tree. On the upper floor, we have a suite with a double bed, balcony and sea view.
The house also has an annex with 2 suites, one with two single beds and the other with a double bed.
All suites have air conditioning, mosquito nets and, in the bathroom, a luxury shower. Additionally, high-speed Wi-Fi works throughout the house.
We do not offer parking spaces, but it is possible to park on the road behind the house or negotiate parking in a nearby location.
Guests will have access to the entire area of the property.

Praia do Espelho is considered one of the most beautiful in Brazil, with natural pools that form at low tide, imposing cliffs, whimsical little rivers and charming beachfront bars and restaurants, which spread out on cushions under the shade of almond trees. It is about a 40-minute drive from Trancoso and close to Caraíva (many people walk there).
In addition to being close to the beach, our property is less than a 5-minute walk from the Outeiro das Brisas condominium, with restaurants, convenience stores and beautiful viewpoints.
Because the property is very well located, it is possible to do many things on foot or by bike.
