Accommodates up to 20 people comfortably in 2 houses, one main with 4 bedrooms and another guest house with 3 bedrooms. It has a large leisure area with barbecue, oven and wood stove, swimming pool, two lakes, cinema room, wine cellar, fireplace, vegetable garden, chicken coop, football field and plenty of space to walk amid nature.

Our ranch accommodates up to 25 people in 2 houses, with a main house for up to 12 guests and an additional house that can accommodate up to 13 more people.
The main house has a space of 400m2, has rustic decor and is full of details, leaving the atmosphere elegant, charming and cozy.
Access to the house is from the upper floor, through the garage. Upon entering the house, on this first floor, guests will have access to a TV room, 2 suites and 2 bedrooms that share 1 bathroom. They all have air conditioning.
Going down the stairs, we reach the dining room which is the center of the house. It connects with the fireplace room on one side and the kitchen and bathroom on the other. In this same environment, we have a bar that guards the entrance to the cinema room which has a 65'' TV, beer maker, large sofa, retractable armchairs, table and popcorn machine.
From the dining room, we also have access to the outdoor area, which is the heart of the house. In this space, we have a deck overlooking the araucaria trees and the pool, a balcony with sofas and armchairs, lounge chairs for sunbathing and a table with an umbrella for having lunch outdoors.
We also have a games room with a pool table, gourmet area with barbecue, pizza oven and wood burning oven.
Going down the deck stairs, we have a large swimming pool with a slide, sun loungers and a table with an umbrella, perfect for enjoying sunny days. All of this is in front of a lake. On the side of the pool area we also have a floor-standing fireplace with wood available to guests.
The extra house is just a few minutes walk down the road from the main house. It is possible to go by car or walking.
It has two floors, on the ground floor we have a dining room with tables and chairs and a support kitchen with a minibar and water filter. There are also two more bedrooms and a bathroom.
And on the lower floor, down the stairs, we have a living room with a sofa and a large suite with 1 double bed and 3 bunk beds.
The rooms in the little house do not have air conditioning, just a portable fan.
We have a covered garage for up to 4 cars in the main house and a garage for 4 more cars in the extra house.
Guests will have access to the entire property, such as the main house, deck, gourmet area, pool and surrounding lakes.
The house has stairs and all rooms are on the second floor, therefore, it is not accessible.
