Located in a family condominium and quiet near the beach of Saco da Capela and vila, our house has 200m2 and sleeps up to 7 people in 2 suites. We also have a gourmet balcony and deck with swimming pool to add even more in leisure.

We are a few meters from the beach of Saco da Capela de mar calm and clear, with many boats and sailboats. We are also close to the village with several options of restaurants and bars.

- To access the house, it is necessary to climb 50 flights of stairs. Therefore, it is not recommended for people with reduced mobility.

- We offer bed linen and bath towels. We do not offer beach towels.

- We have a demountable baby cot, however, we do not offer bedding for him.

Upon entering the house, the guest will have access to a dining room integrated with a full kitchen with utensils needed for the stay, in addition to a wood stove. On this same floor, we have a suite with 1 double bed that has door to the balcony.

Construído em 1949 em madeira de araucária, nosso chalé é pequeno e rústico, como os antigos chalés da cidade, mantendo-se em sua forma original até os dias de hoje, sendo uma experiência tradicional de Campos do Jordão.

- Fornecemos roupas de cama e banho, cobertores e travesseiros. Todas as camas contam com lençol térmico e aquecedor a óleo.

- Permitimos animais de estimação de pequeno porte, sob consulta.

O local é silencioso e seu maior charme são as matas de araucárias em volta com uma sala de vidro anexa, onde é possível se proteger do frio, sem perder o contato com a natureza. Além disso, o chalé possui paredes duplas, tornando o chalé aconchegante em dias frios.

O nosso chalé acomoda até 6 pessoas em 3 quartos, sendo 1 com cama queen e outros 2 com duas camas de solteiro cada, que podem ser transformadas em camas de casal. É possível colocar mais 2 colchões extras para acomodar mais 2 pessoas. Todas as camas possuem lençol térmico, cobertor, edredom, travesseiros e também oferecemos toalhas de banho, além de aquecedor em todos os quartos.

Possui 2 banheiros pequenos, um interno com chuveiro e banheira e outro externo com chuveiro e água quente. Possui cozinha com todos os utensílios necessários para a estadia como: microondas, panelas, fogão, geladeira, panela de fondue, copos, taças, talheres, pratos, etc.

Nosso chalé também é equipado com TV SKY, Netlfix na sala e Wi-Fi de fibra ótica de alta velocidade (100 Mega).

Na área externa, também possuímos um cantinho gourmet para um dia de churrasco ou pizza no jardim, além de um morro ao lado do chalé para descansar e apreciar um vinho em um dia ensolarado.

The house is functional, practical and very well decorated. We have a nice living room with sofas, armchairs and TV. Next to it we have a table for meals or a home office.

Next to the living room we have a full kitchen that has all the utensils and appliances necessary for the stay: stove, refrigerator, glasses, cutlery, bowls, pans, table with seating for meals and much more.

In addition, we offer a leisure structure with barbecue and dining table. The pool is shared with the other houses in the condominium.
